About Tornagrain

Tornagrain is the Highlands’ newest town, just 8 miles east of Inverness. It’s inspired by historic urban towns of the region such as Nairn, Grantown-on-Spey and Fort William.

Expertly built

Our new homes pay homage to the established buildings of north Scotland, using local materials such as slate, stone and wet dash render.

We use time-honoured building methods to retain elements of the area’s distinct architectural detail.

Attention to detail

Inside our homes we do things differently. We firmly believe that a standard specification should not be a basic specification.

Our modern country styling is combined with a high quality finish to create a uniquely classic feel.

Everything you need, within easy reach

The town will be developed in 3 walkable residential neighbourhoods surrounding a town centre.

Each neighbourhood will provide its residents with their daily needs with a primary school and opportunities for convenience stores, cafés, offices and shops.

Community life

Tornagrain’s main aspiration is to create a long-lasting community.

Village parks, tennis courts and allotments will create spaces for residents to meet, relax and interact.

Even before we put a spade in the ground, local businesses expressed interest in Tornagrain, seeing the exciting opportunity that a new town offers.
